My name is Ryan Fogel. I grew up in Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agribusiness, Markets and Management. Since then I have lived an active lifestyle of biking, kayaking and running obstacle courses like Spartan Races and the Scenic City Mud Run.

In 2018, I ran my first 5K and Spartan Race. Ever since then I’ve become hooked with the running lifestyle. I’ve run marathons, ultra-marathons and even ran a race in Notre Dame Stadium! If you love running, check out my blog for stories and advice.

When not running, I like to spend my time with my family, reading books and practicing Martial Arts where I volunteer in teaching kids.
